Handheld cordless microphones can be used for Q&A amongst your audience, our technicians can manage this process or you may opt to.
Our technicians come with a "can do" approach and stay on site from setting up the equipment throughout your event to ensure everything runs smoothly. We can provide soundbites and entry/exit/interval music (advised in advance of the event).

At the meeting pictured above, we were asked to provide twenty table top vocal microphones shared between forty delegates. The brief was to provide a PA system for the room and to record the meeting onto CD. Because of the amount of microphones involved, to ensure a high quality programme we provided sound-absorbing microphone stands with a cast iron & rubber base as well as 'gating' individual microphones to switch on/off automatically when activated by the delegates speech. The meeting was a great success - the sound was crystal clear and completely free of acoustic feedback and any other unwanted noises.

Our production racks include CD & minidisc recording and playback facilities and an IPOD docking station as standard and we can record your event onto CD or minidisc if you would like this.
For meetings where you need to connect external callers/listeners to your event via a standard PSTN telephone line, we can provide a Telephone Balancing Unit.
